we offer six week yoga courses so you can choose what best suits you, option to register for more than one course at the bottom of the page. our november/december courses will run from the week of november 5 until the week of december 10. please check back for our updated list of courses.


hips and hamstrings

a six week course designed for desk jockeys, runners, chronic slouchers, and of course, tight hip and hamstring holders. focus will be on facilitating flexibility and space using the integrity of the body. a slow paced stretch class, appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

noon hour yoga

take a break from your work day. noon hour yoga is offered twice a week, tuesdays will target our shoulders and upper body, and thursdays we will focus on our hips and hamstrings. perfect for those who work at a desk all day!

yoga for people that don't do yoga

a six week course designed for people that don’t do, or have never been to yoga. each week will include a demonstration of a yoga posture or postures, with discussion about what yoga is, why we practice, and how to take it off the mat. the course will be cumulative, meaning that we will review what was learned the previous week and building upon it. the last week of class will include a vinyasa style practice, linking all of the postures together in a sequence.

hips, heart, hands

we will use the first two weeks to understand the potential of the pelvis and how it holds the space for our manifestations. the following two weeks will be dedication to the exploration of the heart–how we can plug back into ourselves and live from connection. the final two weeks will lead us through expression, how we offer what we have learned to ourselves and to others. this will be a combination of physical practice along with journal exercises and take home practice. all levels of experience are welcome, including those that have never been.

mommy and me

a six week postnatal course for mammas and babies (that are not yet crawling). yoga sequences that are designed to support the body through the postnatal transition. each class will also
include time for group discussion to build community support.

intro to inversions

a six week course designed to bring the element of play into your practice. become comfortable with different variations of headstand, shoulderstand and handstand. this is an intermediate level course, must have a consistent yoga practice.

yoga for men

a six week course designed for men. this course will be progressive, building on what we have learned in the previous week(s), to encourage flexibility, range of motion and bring balance into the body. this is not power yoga, no experience necessary.

prenatal yoga

build a greater connections to your baby, body and breath through the practice of yoga. explore postures, movement, and breath while learning how to make space for baby. modifications and props available, all levels of pregnancy and practice welcome.
