a six week course to recalibrate the body and mind into a state of rest and relaxation, consider this as a recharge in the middle of your busy work week. we will use props to assist the body in relaxation through long holds. feel free to bring extra clothing, or a blanket for this restorative practice. this course is appropriate for all levels of practice.
