We have yoga classes appropriate for beginners, even for people that don't do yoga.
learn the fundamentals of a vinyasa style practice. we will break down components of the sun salutations and continue to journey through a progression of postures that allow us to link breath with movement, building strength and flexibility. this is an eight week session appropriate for beginners or those of us looking to refine our understanding of vinyasa yoga. drop ins are welcome.

hips and hamstrings
a six week session designed for desk jockeys, runners, chronic slouchers, and of course, tight hip and hamstring holders. focus will be on facilitating flexibility and space using the integrity of the body. a slow paced stretch class, appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

explore postures, breathing techniques, and meditation that reduce stress and make you feel better. this course is designed to provide you with tools to build a self practice that replenishes your inner resources of strength, connection and compassion. the first half of class will focus on the physical practice cultivating heat and strength. the second half will be dedicated to stillness exploring meditation and relaxation.
