We have yoga classes appropriate for beginners, even for people that don't do yoga.
learn the fundamentals of a vinyasa style practice. we will break down components of the sun salutations and continue to journey through a progression of postures that allow us to link breath with movement, building strength and flexibility. this is a class appropriate for beginners or those of us looking to refine our understanding of vinyasa yoga. drop ins are welcome.

designed for desk jockeys, runners, chronic slouchers, and of course, tight hip and hamstring holders. focus will be on facilitating flexibility and space using the integrity of the body. a slow paced stretch class, appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

this Restorative Yoga class combines iRest® - Integrative Meditation – adaptation of Yoga Nidra by Richard C. Miller, PhD (a meditative technique used to induce deep relaxation throughout the body and mind, eliminate stress, overcome insomnia, support personal growth, neutralize and overcome anxiety, fear, anger, and depression) with gentle and relaxing yoga postures, breathing techniques, to invite the body and mind into a state of relaxation. we use props to support the body, spending more time in postures to allow stress and tension to dissolve. this is a very gentle class appropriate for all levels. you may want to bring a blanket and/or extra layers of clothing as this practice does not generate heat in the body.
