SPACIOUS EMBRACE - SATURDAY JUNE 11, 9-11AM
explore how integration and inversions eliminate fear and reduce stress. 

MINDFUL LIVING - SATURDAY JUNE 11, 1-3PM
develop a daily mindful practice to maintain a life with less stress.
