you know that feeling when some thing moves you, when you feel compelled to do some thing, when you are touched, when you have to take action? maybe we have felt it upon hearing someone’s circumstances, seen the look on someone's face, or reading how someone's heart is so big that you can't help but feel your heart grow to the same size. that’s what happened when we read about millie:
millie is a young dog that was found with two puppies on a farm. she has broken infected teeth in her mouth and one of her legs was cut off. she requires full amputation of the rest of her front leg, including her scapula (shoulder), along with fixing or removing the broken infected teeth in her mouth, and being spayed, but she has to wait until her puppies are old enough to be weaned before she can have the operation. she is currently fighting infection. we are so grateful that people have taken her in and are willing to get her the help she needs, but there are a lot of costs to cover, so let's join together.
join kristi campbell and brandi stuber on friday march 23, from 6:30-8:30pm as we co-teach a practice that taps into our ability to be moved by another into our soft spot—our place of compassion. the evening will be inspired by what moves us to connect, to help, to give:
move into heart with kristi campbell. experience the freedom we cultivate by allowing ourselves to flow free of restriction or judgment, and into compassion, expanding our capacity to give to ourselves and our community.
move into harmony with brandi stuber. our connection to stillness is the container for our connection to others, we will tune into the subtle movings within generating equanimity, peace and gratitude that moves us to share with all living beings.
