join erin schwab for a 6 week summer run and yoga session.
we will meet at the studio and drop off our mats and tie our laces, erin will lead a 30 minute outdoor run that finishes back at the studio where she will guide us through a 45 minute yoga class that stretches us out and centers us in.
this is a six week session (no drop ins) open to runners and yogis of all abilities.
